1. Joining is free

There is no membership or store setup fee. You do not have to buy MUZIC™ coins to join as a creator. Creator signup is for adults 18 and older with at least 5,000 fans or followers, as described on our website.

The form signs you up for creator onboarding. It does not immediately activate a store, connect a wallet or issue coins. We will contact you about the next steps as features become available.

2. What MUZIC™ is for

MUZIC™ is being built for fan participation rewards and creator stores selling products, services and experiences. Fans follow a creator’s link to MUZIC™ and take part here. Activity on other social platforms is not automatically forwarded to MUZIC™ or rewarded.

MUZIC™ is a utility coin for verified adults 18+. It may be volatile and may fall to zero. Joining does not guarantee rewards or payouts. Examples on the website are illustrations.

3. What is available now

This is an early website preview. You can read about MUZIC™ and submit the creator signup form. Rewards and creator store purchases are not active on this website. Images, videos, store offers and calculators demonstrate the concept.

Feature availability is not guaranteed. Before selling, buying or using a reward program, you will receive the applicable rules and transaction details and can decide whether to participate. These signup terms do not authorize a charge or a coin purchase.

4. The 90% / 10% sales split

When creator store sales are enabled, creators keep 90% of the sale price and MUZIC™ takes a 10% platform fee. For example, a sale of 100 MUZIC™ coins allocates 90 to the creator and 10 to the platform.

This describes the creator’s share of store sales. Any separate transaction costs, taxes, delivery costs, refund rules and payout conditions will be explained before you enable selling. The preview does not process sales or payouts.

5. Creator responsibilities

Give accurate signup information and only offer content, goods or services you have the right to provide. Describe offers honestly and meet the delivery and customer commitments you accept when selling becomes available. Do not use MUZIC™ for fraud, unlawful activity or misleading claims about rewards or coin value.

Joining does not transfer ownership of your work to MUZIC™. We may decline or suspend participation for fraud, misuse or violations of these terms.

6. Paid promotions must be clear

If MUZIC™ pays someone to promote the platform, or provides coins, gifts, commissions or other benefits for promotion, we will require a clear disclosure with that promotion. Creators must also disclose relevant financial or other relationships when endorsing MUZIC™.

Use plain wording, such as “Ad” or “Paid partnership with MUZIC™,” where people will notice it. A notice buried in these terms is not a substitute for disclosure in the post, video or other promotion. Promotions must be truthful and must not make misleading claims about rewards or coin value.

7. Contact us or leave

You can leave at any time, with no cancellation fee. Email us with the subject “Leave MUZIC™” to withdraw your signup, ask to close a future creator store or stop promotional emails. Include the email address you used to join. Leaving does not erase commitments from any completed sales or transactions.

We use your signup details to contact you and arrange creator onboarding. You can ask us to remove those details, subject to records we need to retain for existing obligations or legal requirements. Read the MUZIC™ Privacy Policy for signup and email information. The website signup form saves your details privately for MUZIC creator onboarding. Earlier signup forms hosted by Google are subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy. Do not submit passwords or wallet recovery phrases.

8. Changes to these terms

We will date updated terms on this page and notify signed-up creators of material changes using their contact email before those changes take effect. Changes will not alter the agreed split for completed sales. You may leave if you do not want to continue. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
