1. Creator signup information

The creator signup form asks for your name, email address, main social platform and handle, current follower count, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and agreement to the creator Terms and Conditions. We also record the submission time and the versions of the terms and privacy notice shown when you submit. We receive the information you submit. Creator signup is for adults 18 and older with at least 5,000 fans or followers.

2. Contact messages

When you email helpineedsomebody@muziccoin.com, we receive your email address, the message and any information or attachments you choose to include. Please include only information needed for your inquiry.

3. How information is used

We use signup details to review creator participation, arrange onboarding and contact you about your signup and relevant next steps. We use contact messages to answer questions, handle corrections and respond to removal requests. The current website does not automatically collect your activity from other social platforms.

4. Form and website services

The website signup form saves your details in a private MUZIC onboarding database provided through the site’s hosting service. Earlier signup forms hosted by Google process information through that service under Google’s Privacy Policy. Website hosting and email services process information needed to deliver the site and messages. These providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information.

Submitting the form does not publish your answers as a public creator profile. Any future account, store or reward service will need its applicable notices before you use it.

5. Retention and removal

We use submitted details for the inquiry or onboarding purposes described above. You can ask to access, correct or remove your signup details, or stop signup-related messages, by emailing helpineedsomebody@muziccoin.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Include the email address used to sign up and what you want changed or removed.

We may need to verify that the request relates to your information. Records needed for existing obligations or legal requirements may need to be retained; we will explain any applicable limitation when responding.
